If you have a day to spare we highly recommend our full-day tours along the potato value chain! You will get the full experience from Field to Factory and optionally produce and take-home your own box of Winnaz crisps, how awesome is that?
During this full-day program you will join our agronomists and become one of them in the field. You will meet the farmer, learn about potato and field quality aspects and how potatoes are harvested.
After harvesting and sorting the potatoes you will go back to the factory and have a factory tour before concluding the day.
You will start the day very early by going to the field to sort and harvest your own potatoes. After that you will rush back to the factory in order to be part of the production process.
You will go experience the different phases of crisps production and at the end follow your batch of potatoes through the factory until you have a box full of crisps to take home with you. Isn’t that cool?
